Bio

I love working with couples and families and have extensive experience connecting with others and walking alongside them in their healing journey. My own personal experiences with emotional and relational pain have cultivated a deep passion for helping others heal and thrive.

I recently moved from the city to a rural acreage and when I am not at work you will find me spending time with my three kids, dogs, cat, and the chickens. I love to spend time in the garden, cook, travel, and try new things.

My Approach

I draw from a mix of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other attachment-based interventions in coming alongside each individual client, couple, or family to meet their goals. I value utilizing warm, professional, ethical, client-centered and strengths-based practices. I maintain a systemic focus (viewing people in their larger contexts) and use research and evidence-based practices and interventions as I seek to meet a variety of client needs.

As the client, you are in the driver’s seat! There is no one size fits all and I see it as a privilege and honor to come alongside you as you seek to work through whatever is holding you back and move into preferred ways of living and being.
